Applications:

• Leak test on components and housings, such as HV batteries, HV wiring harnesses, headlight housings, etc.

Working / measuring range:

• Vacuum / pressure: -50… + 50 mbar, 0.5% FSS
• Mass flow method: -200… + 200 sccm / min

Accuracy flow sensor:

• 0… 40 sccm / min -> 0.25% FSS and
• 40 ... 200 sccm / min -> 2.5% of the measured value
