Air conditioning leak testing system on trolley R744 (CO2), R1234yf and R134a

Description

• For simple and safe leakage pressure testing of current air conditioning systems with the refrigerants R744 (CO₂), R1234yf and R134a.
• Leak detection on A/C systems with contrast media is no longer permitted!
• KLDS 05 is introducing forming gas (N₂ 95 %/H₂ 5 %) into the A/C system, using a high performance pressure regulator. A pressure drop and thus a leak can be determined very quickly and easyly.
• The fall in pressure can be read off easily and precisely. 
• The practical trolley offers enough storage space for all six test hoses, each 3.0 m long, accessories, removed parts and tools and space for safe transport of 2 gas bottles á 10 L. 
• The structure of the trolley ensures a safe stand and very good maneuverability thanks to two large and high quality wheels.
• 2 safety valves (20 and 100 bar), prevents damage to the A/C system and ensure maximum user protection. 
• Valve for controlled release of the test pressure. 
• Knurled nut for quick and easy assembly and dismantling the pressure reducer.
